At Burri Jewelers, we want you to have a satisfying shopping experience. For your convenience, the following payment options are available: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express for in store only, unfortunately we do not provide shopping from our site, so please if you see something that you like give us a call or come into the store.
Shipping
We use the US Postal Service, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your purchase or repairs in a timely manner. We only ship to the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. We use the US Postal Service Express Mail for the most secure method of shipping. Upon pick up you will be required to sign for your shipment. We prefer that it be delivered to your home or place of employment when you are there. If not, the Postmaster will put a notice in you box requiring you to pick it up at the Post Office. It is always best to call us and discuss your shipping method in advance.

Cancelations & Returns
We want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return the product through the mail for a refund or replacement within 15 days of purchase. After 15 days from purchase, you may receive a store credit only, unless items were special ordered, custom made or 50-75% off, then all sales are final.
